If you have Rock Band 2 for Xbox 360, to go to the Rock Band Network section of the in-game Music Store to look up Marillion and find "Whatever Is Wrong With You". A playable trial is available for free(allows you to play the first minute or so), and the full track only costs $1 (80 Microsoft Points).
